Benhurst Court was built in c1932 in the European Modernist style of the period with curved balconies and a symmetrical facade. There are three blocks of twenty four flats and one additional premises. The estate is a well maintained area of garden and trees. The flats have been designed in such a way as to reduce adjoining walls to a minimum and the clever layout makes the best of the light and increases privacy. There are also a number of garages which some residents have access.
