Jill has been fighting for positive results at Benhurst Court more strongly than anyone. She has been central to the belief that BC can be better and that we as residents should have a say in how we manage our own estate.
With a background in professional interior design and restoration work at some of the UK's most prestigious public and private organisations her knowledge of how the industry works is key to the day to day management of BC Ltd.

Annie
Annie is company treasurer and has been involved in the Residents Association for a number of years. Keeping an eye on the running costs of BC Ltd. Annie is able to make sure our social events, such as the 2011 Halloween BBQ and the shareholders AGM, are costed and delivered to plan.
Annie works as a community Psychiatric Nurse for The South London & Maudsley Trust as also keeps down several others jobs. Annie still finds time to devote to BC Ltd - here energy is boundless.

Steve
Acting on behalf of Gloria, Steve has dived straight into helping Benhurst Court make changes. His sharp eye and no nonsense attitude mean that he is often out and about making a difference in his own time getting his hands dirty on site.
Professionally, Steve works as a catering manager at one of London's biggest organisations.

Sarah
Sarah has been at Benhurst Court through all of the times of trouble. Committed to making sure our managing agents are accountable and in ensuring the numbers all add up Sarah brings a keen eye onto the goings on at BC.
Sarah teaches at a school in central London and loves nothing more than trying to get the best out of BC's grounds and gardens.

Graham
Graham has lived at Benhurst Court since 2010 and got involved in the Residents Association straight away to make a difference. Setting up the website and helping new residents settle in, he has contributed his time to trying to make BC more visible to prospective residents who want to live somewhere that cares about community spirit and where tenants and owners alike can contribute to the running of the estate.
Graham works in the civil service and brings his misplaced confidence of technology to the Board.
