After the harsh and wet Winter of 2013/14, Benhurst Court suffered a number of leaks within the roof structure. After consultation with local surveyors it was decided to replace the roof coverings. The first time this major work has been done since the estate was built in 1932.
Works will start in June 2016 and continue for several months replacing the roof coverings, improving the internal guttering and water flow. The works will be done Block by Block.
At the same time, after each Block is completed we will have some minor external refurbishment completed. This will consist of repairing any Crittal windows and sills as well as the main front door steps. We will also clean and repaint the external 'chimney stack' to further enhance the look of the estate.
The project is being overseen by our managing agents, Kinleigh, Folkhard and Hayward and any queries should be addressed to the. Residents can contact the KFH property manager on the usual contact number.
